• For digital work, drafts or proofs will be supplied where applicable. Final files are delivered only once approved.

Pricing & Payment

• Prices may be updated at any time, but confirmed orders or service agreements will not be affected.
• Digital services may require full or partial payment upfront, depending on the project.
• Work on personalised or digital items begins only after payment is confirmed

Delivery of goods & digital files

• Responsibility for physical goods passes to you once delivered.
• Digital files are delivered electronically (e.g., email, download link). Once delivered to the email address provided, responsibility for storing and backing up the files passes to you.

Returns, refunds & cancellations

• Due to their nature, personalised items and digital services/files are non‑refundable once work has begun or files have been delivered.
• If you believe there is an error with your order or digital file, please contact us so we can help resolve it.

Liability

• For digital services, you are responsible for maintaining backups of any files once delivered.

• All designs, branding, digital assets, templates, website builds, and content created by Little Pop’s Studio remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.

• For digital services, work begins only after payment is confirmed.
• All transactions are processed securely; we do not store card details.
• If payment fails, the order or service will not be processed until resolved.
